Our policies

Plain answers about delivery, freshness, refunds and your information.

Delivery

Order by 1 pm for same-day delivery, Monday to Saturday. Delivery fees depend on the ZIP code and are shown before you pay. If no one is home, we leave the order in a safe, shaded spot, with a neighbor or at the front desk, or arrange another time.

Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal. If a stem is unavailable we substitute one of equal or greater value that keeps the colors and style of the design.

Freshness

If your flowers aren't fresh when they arrive, or fade within a few days with normal care, call us and we'll replace them.

Changes and cancellations

Call the shop to change or cancel an order. Orders canceled before we begin designing are refunded in full; once an order is made or out for delivery we'll do our best to help.

Your information

We use your details only to fill and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We never sell your information. If you join our email list, you can unsubscribe at any time.
